Established in 2015 by three parents of PSC patients, the mission of PSC Partners Seeking a Cure Canada is to provide education and support to PSC patients, families, and caregivers, as well as to raise funds to research causes, treatments, and cures for primary sclerosing cholangitis.

PSC Partners Canada is a Canadian registered charity (CRA #811905165RR0001) and is an affiliate of the US-based PSC Partners Seeking a Cure, which was established in 2005.

Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) is a rare liver disease that damages the bile ducts inside and outside the liver. It is not currently known what causes PSC, but it is thought to be a combination of genetics and environment. It is considered an autoimmune liver disease. Learn more about PSC here.
