Established in 2015 by three parents of PSC patients, the mission of PSC Partners Seeking a Cure Canada is to drive research to identify treatments and a cure for primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), while providing education and support for those impacted by this rare disease.

PSC Partners Canada is a Canadian registered charity (CRA #811905165RR0001) and is an affiliate of the US-based PSC Partners Seeking a Cure, which was established in 2005.

Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC) is a rare liver disease that damages the bile ducts inside and outside the liver. It is not currently known what causes PSC, but it is thought to be a combination of genetics and environment. It is considered an autoimmune liver disease. Learn more about PSC here.
