PSC Partners has announced the launch of the new Connected-to-Care Summit Series to be held in US locations, designed to bring together individuals living with PSC, caregivers, and leading clinicians and researchers to foster education, connection, and empowerment across the PSC community.
The Connected-to-Care Summits are regional, educational meetings designed to strengthen patient advocacy, clinical coordination, and research engagement for PSC. Our goal is to reduce barriers to care and create a scalable model for coordinated PSC support and education.
